Formal consultation is expected to start around mid April and will run for 30 days. Due to the large scale of the application, we are currently co-ordinating all necessary consultations and notifications will be sent out in due course.
We encourage members of the community to take part in the consultation process as public feedback is an important part of ensuring that planning decisions reflect both local needs and planning policy.
Planning Application Submitted!
Latimer by Clarion Housing have submitted an Outline/Hybrid Planning Application to Tendring District Council and Colchester City Council for the Garden Community. The documents submitted are currently being processed before they become available for public access on the Councils websites, this process is likely to take a couple of weeks.
Local residents, businesses, and stakeholders will have the opportunity to review the plans and submit comments during the public consultation period which is expected to be undertaken during April and May.
